The Author makes it clear from the very beginning that it is not intented tobe a textbook, but a reference for further study in the field. Concepts are discussed in detail, but mathematics is left for Appendices, or References. Maybe a bit of quantific|About the Author|Wu has a BS in mathematics and a PhD in operations research.
